Lean, senior and hands-on — by design

DCS Technology Solutions is led by Daniel Csimszi, combining software engineering, R&D management and technical project leadership experience across industrial and engineering environments.

A consultancy built around delivery

DCS Technology Solutions isn't a large agency, and doesn't pretend to be one. It's a deliberately lean practice: the person you speak to at the start is the person doing the technical thinking — and, on software projects, much of the building — all the way through.

That structure has practical advantages. Decisions are made quickly, context never gets lost in hand-offs, and there's no layer of account management between you and the work. When a project needs more capacity, additional trusted technical support is brought in — under the same direction and to the same standard.

The work spans two connected areas: Software Solutions — designing and building platforms, dashboards, APIs, databases and cloud systems — and Technology Management — R&D planning, technical project leadership, supplier coordination and fractional CTO-style support. The experience behind both sides covers hardware as well as software: sensor development, instrumentation, integration and test, and the industrial environments those systems live in.

Many engagements draw on all of it: the strategy to choose the right thing to build, the engineering to build it, and the delivery discipline to land it in the real world.

How we work

Strategy. Understand the business problem, the technical constraints and the commercial context before anything is built.

Software. Engineer systems that are reliable, maintainable and appropriate — no over-engineering, no shortcuts that cost you later.

Delivery. Integrate, deploy, test, document and coordinate until the system is genuinely working for the people who use it.
